NOVITAS is after any individual carrying the Turbinis Strain. They are also seeking traitors involved in terrorist activities, government dissention, or sheltering infected individuals to be brought to the AU's justice. They are generally not nice to anyone (including each other). Members of Novitas will die if infected with Turbinis, as their nanobots will immediately attack and destroy all infected cells-- which is, typically, fatal.

The ANANKAI are after anybody involved with NOVITAS and government officials. The Anankai are notorious for hijacking AU trains that go between the cities and pillaging the valuables, leaving the passengers stranded in the desert. The ANANKAI are friendly to terrorist organizations that reside within the walls of the AU and are sympathetic to people carrying the Turbinis Strain.

People carrying the Turbinis Strain don't really have any idea what's going on, but know that they shouldn't be talking to anyone from NOVITAS. Many infected citizens are sympathetic to terrorist organizations as they've found refuge in the alternative treatments that they distribute.

The Terrorist organizations flee NOVITAS and target official government buildings and government sanctioned events. Their activities center around government policy and law. The Terrorists are sympathetic to those infected with the Turbinis Strain and relay information to the Anankai.

Civilians have no idea what's going on, but are sometimes caught in the crossfire, leading them to fear everyone.
